Castle Pines Outdoor Living Design & Build 

Castle Pines is built for a certain kind of outdoor living already, golf-course frontage, mature landscaping, and a community aesthetic that expects a finished, considered look. We design with that standard in mind from the first sketch.

How We Design: The perk of living in Castle Pines is privacy and polish. Many Castle Pines lots back to open space, golf course, or mature tree lines, giving real separation from neighbors even on a standard lot. The challenge is that most of the community operates under strict architectural review, so material selections, structure heights, and even color palettes typically need HOA sign-off before we break ground. We prepare and manage that submission as part of our process, so it doesn't slow down your timeline.

Cherry Hills Outdoor Living Design & Build

Cherry Hills properties tend to share one thing: room to work with. Large lots, mature trees, and an equestrian-community character that calls for outdoor spaces built to scale, not crowded onto a standard footprint.

How We Design: The perk is space. Larger lots mean we can design in zones, a dining area near the house, a fire feature further out, a plunge pool positioned to work with existing tree lines, rather than cramming everything onto one patio. The challenge is that many Cherry Hills properties fall under architectural review requirements, and larger properties often mean more extensive drainage and grading plans to get right before construction starts. That’s where we step in — we are experts at designing in this neighborhood. Most often, we can tell you all that’s possible long before your design reaches HOA.

How We Design: The Foothills are a wide range of communities across Denver’s front range, and they are some of our favorite neighborhoods to serve. Here, flat backyards are the exception, not the rule, and a good design works with the land instead of forcing it flat. Below are the specific communities we build in most often.
