STEP ONE
The Project Vision Call
You’ve been daydreaming about an outdoor living space for a while now. I mean, you live in Colorado. 300 days of sun. That daydream you’ve been wanting to make a reality all becomes possible with a little bit of vision.
Cue our project vision call. Meraki Outdoor Living’s first step in the ‘make your outdoor living dream a reality’ process.
On your free project vision call, we’ll spend time getting to know you and your inspiration for your space. Taking into account the layout of your home, the photographs and inspiration photos you supplied, along with any measurements, we’ll conceptualize the possibilities of your new outdoor space to generate a rough ballpark estimate. Between our wisdom coming from over a decade in the industry and your imagination coming from a deep connection to your home, we hope you leave the project vision call feeling full of clarity!
After your project vision call is complete, you’ll receive a recap email detailing the anticipated scope of work and an invitation to book your in-person consultation.
STEP TWO
The In-Person Consultation
This is not your average sales-driven consultation. We don’t overbook our schedules. We are not here to focus on the numbers. We pride ourselves on our consultation process because ultimately, it’s about you and your vision coming to life. In fact, we make sure to limit the number of potential clients we see each week so that every consultation becomes a priority and receives the attention it deserves.
Every in-person consultation is design focused. Meaning, our design expert will collaborate with you to discuss all the possibilities for your space taking budget and functionality into account. We never want your outdoor living space to feel or look like an after-thought. Meaning, we work with you to create a design that is cohesive with your home’s aesthetic and vibe. Many of our clients tell us neighbors, friends and family cannot even tell their outdoor living space was an addition to their home. Aside from excellent customer service, that feedback cannot be beat!
After your in-person consultation is complete, you will receive a detailed estimate of your project.
STEP THREE
You Commit to the Dream
You’re ready to invest in your home, which is also an investment in your family because we create spaces that deepen your connection with the ones you love most and nature’s therapies. Your outdoor living space will become your very own sanctuary. One where hosting, retreating and relaxing are all available to you just outside your backdoor.
After signing your service agreement, you’ll send over your initial payment to lockdown your spot on our schedule.
From there, we’ll begin collaborating on your custom 3D design. This allows your project to come to life in a three dimensional view so that there’s no secrets or surprises when it comes to the aesthetic of your space!
Once you approve your 3D design, you will apply for HOA approval and we will apply for permits. Then, we get ready to build!
STEP FOUR
BUILDING THE DREAM
You’ll receive an introduction from our project manager, your point of contact throughout your project’s build time! We pride ourselves on the relationship created between homeowner and project managers and we’re excited for you to feel their dedication to your dream space!
Two weeks before building begins, you’ll schedule a pre-construction job walk to confirm the scope of work and discuss any remaining questions. After that, the real magic begins and your project officially gets scheduled for a start date!
Transparency is key in all thriving relationships. Expect exceptional communication throughout your project from the whole Meraki Outdoor Living Team.
Throughout your project, you’ll have access to our expert project manager who boasts decades of experience in the industry. He’ll send routine updates throughout the duration of your project timeline. On top of that, you might as well call our crew Mr.Clean. We make sure to tidy up your project at the end of each day.
Last but certainly not least, because we believe deeply in the power of clear communication, should you ever have feedback to offer the crew, we are always open and ready to receive ways we can improve your experience.
STEP FIVE
